“Please behave today”
Two Man Scramble Rules:
Exchange scorecards with the other twosome. Both players tee off on every hole from modified markers. Each player hits from chosen ball until it is holed out. Ball in play may be moved and placed one club length no closer to the hole until you reach putting surface. You cannot move ball to change surface. (Example you cannot move ball from rough to fairway or sand trap to fairway). Balls on putting surface may be moved up to 3 inches no closer to the hole. Record your score per hole on card. Your team handicap will be on your scorecard. Local rules will apply to balance of play. Each player must use their own drive a minimum of zero times in this round. If you are in doubt about a rule then hit two balls and ask Bob Breidenbach for a ruling.
Wednesday- Sponsor’s “In the Circle Challenge”
Each player will have a chance to qualify for the Sponsor’s “In the Circle Challenge” provided by PDGMC and all Sponsors. Hole #7 & #14 will have a circle around the flag. Just get the ball in the circle on your first shot and share in the $100.00 cash prize pool for each hole. (example if 5 players get inside the circle on hole #14 Wednesday, they split the $100.00 prize and get $20.00 each) A Hole in one takes all $100.00 cash prize. If two or more hole in one’s they split the $100.00. To make it simple if your ball is inside the circle or just touching the circle it counts. If you hit the green print your first and last name on the sheet provided at the green and you are in. This Circle Challenge will be for both Wednesday and Saturday’s round. The tees and flags will be in special places to make it fun!

Saturday’s Shotgun Start 8:00 am Two Man Pinehurst
Rules
Rules Presented by:
Steve Warren (
Alfalfa)
“AKA” Mr. Club Champ
Pinehurst Rules:
Both players tee off. For your second shot you hit your partners drive and he hits your drive. After both players hit their partners second shot your team chooses what ball they want to use. If you choose to use your second shot then your partner will hit the next shot and alternate shots until you hole it out. Play the balls down as you can not move, touch or change balls during a hole. Again, after you tee off you can not touch the ball until you get to the green.
If you both tee off and one of you goes out of bounds or in the water you only have one ball in play and the player who went out of bounds or in the water hits your partner’s first shot. If both of you go out of bounds or in the water (you both suck!) take your penalty and choose one player to hit the next shot and continue to alternate until holed out. On the par 3’s if you are both lucky enough to get on the green with your first shot you will putt your partners shot and he will putt yours. If neither of you make the birdie then choose the ball you want to use and the other player will putt it. Alternate shots until you hole it. Sign, attest and turn in your scorecards. Bob will have your handicap on the cards.
