John McClain – Addendum
• On December 19, 2024, JM sent the following to MGC leaders for approval, There were no objections and majority responded with their approval :
• FYI: After our recent monthly meeting and financial update. We have over $5,000 more in funds in our account than we had last year at this time. In addition we had a surplus of over $600 from the Eclectic and have a projected surplus of over $200 for the member/member tournament.
• Therefore, I support (along with Clarke Sharar and Mark Sanders) an increase in our member/member budget of $1,500 for prizes for our members.
• Please acknowledge your vote to increase our budget $1500 for the Member/Member tournament so that Mark and his committee can work on prizes.
• Respond (Yes, No)…or if you have additional comments or suggestions, let me know.
• The Addendum proposal passed. - Sweeps InformationThe Men’s Golf Club Sweepstakes are off to a great start. We had 65 playing in the AM and 69 in the PM. That is 134 of a possible 144!
